The Lakeville South Band Department has multiple upcoming performances! The details are below:
Saturday, December 5 – Saxophone Ensemble will perform at Highview Hills Senior Living Community at 10:30 and then at Holiday on Main in the Lakeville mall post office from noon to 1. Click here for info on Holiday on Main.
Performer dress for this event is your Lakeville South Band sweatshirt or pep band tshirt and santa hat. If you do not own a santa hat we have some available to wear. There is no bus for this event as it only involves about 12 students. If you would like to meet to carpool, be at school at 10:10 and we will get you to HIghview Hills, if you are a parent willing to cart students around this morning and watch their performances please let Mr. Bieniek know, thanks! Following the performance downtown, those interested will get lunch together at a location to be determined. If you are also performing at the hockey game we will go straight to the rink after lunch.
Saturday, December 5 – Boys Hockey Pep Band – This is a volunteer pep band event. We will meet at Hasse Rink at 2:10 for a game time of 2:45. Dress is pep band tshirt or band sweatshirt.
December Concert
Tuesday, December 8 – This evening’s concert involves Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble and both Jazz Bands. The concert starts at 7PM and will incorporate many holiday pieces such as music from Home Alone, Sleigh Ride and Carol of the Bells!

Report time: 6:30 PM
Dress:
Concert Band – Men: Dress pants, dress shirt and tie; Women: Dressy, what you would wear when men wear ties. No color requirement. Dress shoes, marching band shoes would work for guys.
Symphonic Band – Men: Black pants, white tux shirt and black bow tie; Women: Either what men wear or black/black and white dress clothes. Dress shoes, marching band shoes would work for guys.
Wind Ensemble – Men: School provided tux pants and coat, provide your own tux shirt and bow tie; Women: School provided black gown.
