Trip Student Contract – Due when students sign up for trip (first two pages). This may be scanned and sent via email to the directors or printed, signed and placed in black bock attached to the wall outside the band office.

Dates: March 14-22, 2024
Who will be traveling: This trip is an option for all members of the Lakeville South Band and Color Guard Program, grades 9-12 who are involved in Summer Marching Band.
Cost – Current anticipated cost is $3,200. This cost will be updated as needed pending our final air contract, etc.
Payment Schedule – The tour cost may be paid in full at any point, but if paying in installments please follow the schedule below. If paying by check follow the amounts below, checks can be turned into the black box attached to the wall outside the band office door. If paying using SQUARE, a 4% fee will be added to account for the fees we must pay. These payments can be set up when making the first trip deposit.

Flight Itinerary – Information is available in itineraries below and will be updated as we solidify air contracts. A reminder that at the conclusion of the trip all students must have their own ride home from the airport.
Where will we be performing: Kilkenny Castle, Dublin St. Patrick’s Day Parade, Limerick International Band Championships
What will we do when we aren’t performing: Students will experience the culture and beautiful geography of Ireland!
Student and Chaperone Itinerary- This is our most up to date working itinerary. It is subject to change.
Friends and Family Option
Obviously we will need chaperones on our trip but if parents/aunts/uncles/grandmas/grandpas/friends would like to attend the Hawaii trip we will likely have an option for you!
Leisure Time Tours will be running a tandem friends and family trip. This trip will parallel much of the student trip, but may not be on the same plane, staying in the same hotels or meeting at the attractions/sights at the exact same time. Friends and family will be able to see the students perform. The estimated cost of this trip is $3,300. The same payment schedule will be followed as posted above for the student trip, with the final payment being about $500.
