Summer marching band is just around the corner! The information letter and schedules are below. As you know, Lakeville South has hired a new band director upon Mrs. Maloney’s retirement. Mr. Bieniek is extremely excited to work with the band this summer to start building relationships with the students and allow them the opportunity to learn the way he works so there is no down time in the transition for the musicians at LSHS. Mr. Bieniek hopes all band members participate in summer marching band as this will allow us to represent our school well and in a manner we can be proud of. It will also serve as the foundation for all we do preparing our fall marching band show.
The summer band sign-up sheet is below. It was due on May 29th, but Mr. Bieniek would like to allow those who did not sign up yet the opportunity to do so. This must be turned into the high school office by Thursday, June 11 to allow adequate time to order marching supplies. If you can not get it to the high school office, please email the information to Mr. Bieniek at chad.bieniek@isd194.org. He looks forward to meeting everyone at the first rehearsal!
